PrimeGen Solutions is a full-stack SEO agency providing local SEO, technical audits, AI search optimization, and web development services, primarily to home services and real estate businesses.
Services We Provide
We offer one-time SEO audits, ongoing monthly SEO retainers, website builds, and related digital marketing services. The exact scope of work for your project will be outlined in your quote or proposal before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, we need you to provide accurate information about your business, timely access to accounts we need to work in, such as your Google Business Profile, website, or analytics, and reasonably prompt feedback and approvals during the project.
Payment Terms
One-time services, such as audits and website builds, are billed upfront or on agreed milestones. Monthly retainers are billed on a recurring basis. Full details on billing, cancellation, and refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
No Guaranteed Results
SEO involves search engines we do not control, and no agency can honestly guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or timelines. We will give you realistic expectations based on your market and competition, and we will never use deceptive or manipulative tactics that put your website at risk with Google or other search engines.
Cancellation
We do not require long-term contracts. You can cancel a monthly retainer at any time, subject to the terms in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid in full, you own the content, website, and deliverables created specifically for your business as part of that project. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio or case studies unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
We treat information about your business, strategy, and performance as confidential, and we will not share it with third parties without your permission, except as required to deliver our services or by law.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google Search, Google Business Profile, and various SEO and analytics tools. We are not responsible for changes these platforms make to their algorithms, policies, or features, even when those changes affect your results.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to PrimeGen Solutions as a business operating from Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
