This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for services provided by PrimeGen Solutions.
How Billing Works
One-time services, such as SEO audits and website builds, are billed upfront or on agreed milestones before work begins. Monthly SEO retainers are billed on a recurring monthly basis, starting from the date your service begins.
Canceling Your Service
We do not require long-term contracts. You can cancel a monthly retainer at any time by notifying us in writing. Your service will continue through the remainder of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that period ends.
Refunds for One-Time Services
Audits and website builds are custom work performed specifically for your business. Once work has started, these services are generally non-refundable, since the time and effort involved cannot be undone. If we have not yet started work on your project, you may request a full refund.
Refunds for Monthly Retainers
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once work has begun, since that fee covers the strategy, technical work, and reporting completed during that month. If you cancel, you will not be billed for future months, and you keep access to any work already completed on your site or Google Business Profile.
What Happens to Work Already Completed
Any technical fixes, content, or optimizations completed before cancellation remain in place on your website and Google Business Profile. Canceling does not undo completed work, it simply stops future billing and future work.
Disputes
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it and correct any mistake.
